1. Return Eligibility:

• Timeframe: You have 3 days from the date of receipt to initiate the return of an item. 
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. 

2. How to Initiate a Return:

• Provide Information: Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
• Return Shipping: We will reimburse return shipping costs upon receipt of the item. Please provide receipts and safely package the item to avoid damage in transit.

3. Refund Options:

• Full Refund: If the return is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
• Store Credit: We may also offer store credit as an alternative to a refund or exchange. This may be redeemed against workshops / online training / mentorships.

4. Processing Time:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements.
• We will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
